That’s a failure on our side for sure but the bulls didn’t do anything to improve him. With Silvera and Mcgarry we had them for 1 season & half a season respectively and turned them from average and seemingly unwanted into successful players commanding a fee. If I’m one of the club owners pouring money into keeping the jets alive I’m pissed about that.

Faz was good. But he’s not as good (yet) as McGarrgy was at holding up the ball and reading the game when it comes to attack. I felt we struggled under Sydney’s press and this was an area where our big player departures was most noticeable

However with 7 players sold, five from the grand final run on team, plus GF bench player it will take time to gel.

One thing we have somewhere between 5 & 6 million in transfer fees, the we don't have the money and we have the smallest budget should not be an excuse this year

Didn't Dick say we need sales as if we were going like we were under MC we'd lose 4m a year not 1.5m because of the uplift in football dept expenditure?
