ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I don't sit in the bay but appreciate all the work you guys do. We have the best active in the league.
I do participate as as best I can and my kids are into it now too.

No constructive criticisms to add, but love the idea of a few new chants to work with.

The one thing I've always felt we've missed is that one anthem that is ours. Many teams have them, and I completely understand how hard it is to find the right one that every one agrees on and then get everyone on board with. Bloody hard.

You don’t like Wont Back Down? I think it epitomises our never say die attitude.

Our chants are great and easy to follow. Fans outside the bay are all starting to sing a long a bit and way more in the finals or the Adelaide game when there is something on the line and only those who really care are excited

A yellow army yellow army got up late and was a good change to Mariners Clap all the time. It has its place of course.

I was surprised at Victory. They really gave nothing catchy or good at all apart from 7 nation army but that relies on them scoring which doesn’t happen much with Poppa

SFC and Wanderers have better stuff than Victory but maybe because they travel more and we know them as local rivals we hear it more.

I saw a clip of the March and there was Melbourne clap clap. Every one gives us shit for it and the supposedly biggest club is doing it.

Really makes you appreciate how good ours are. While the rest of the league piles on because of their inferiority complex’s we do have great songs and support 👏🏻

One thing i don’t like is F off Newcastle and F off SFC.

Not because i don’t like telling them off but i feel you need to sing there chant which to their players might spur them on. Especially the SFC one because you have to sing most of the chant before adding the F off. That to me is a win to them because there chant is in our heads.

Maybe late or after a goal of ours but otherwise don’t think we should sing there stuff

Newcastle one obviously is limited because of their vocabulary so not as bad but still prefer not mentioning there chants at all

I would also love us to have something for after we score just after the restart after everyone has gone wild and the cannon etc. every one including the players is hyped.

Whether it’s Mariners Clap or Yellow Army but something easy done after every goal would be good

To a point.

As long as they are there to be active and not try and turn into wannabe ultras. We don't want to become squadron creche 2.0.
This was a problem at times earlier this season, culminating in Max’s tyres getting slashed at the GF (as well as a number of other issues).
Unfortunately there’s invariably a small number of idiots who’ve watched Green Street Hooligans a few too many times and think they’re well ‘ard and end up causing problems for everyone other than themselves.
