one idea i liked in the ACL was the people standing at the front of the bay waving the big navy and yellow flags (only happend for about 3 mins but the light bulbs flashed !). This simple act has the ability to solve the teeny bopper problem !

if at the start of the game we lay the flags out where the bay member ship seats end than no one can sit down on the seats at the front of the bay. If we have people going down there waving the flags on a consistent basis then no one will sit there ( who wants to have a flag wacking them in the head all game+ they dont have tickets for that area so they cant complain to security.

This realy can solve a problem and with a bit of co operation it can realy work.

There is no reason why at a game we cant have a whole bay standing and singing, i think if the spots are thier to fill people will walk over and join in.

I like sky rockets. 

Will be joining the bay again this year. cant wait.

I had to suffer through the GGA's idiocy in Japan of waving them during general play, and it got to the point after about half an hour where people were throwing shit at them from all directions in an attempt to get them to stop.  In the end all those who weren't GGA just boo-ed the stupid c*nts and refused to sing until the flag waving stopped.

Flags = for pre-game, goals and the preparation of corners ONLY.

actually, that's not quite true. loads of groups on the continent have people waving flags during play. that's not to say it's a good idea, it's just that people do wave flags during play.
