ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Fantastic effort from the bay last night.
Looked to be less people than last week, but there was defiantley more noise.
Well done.

from where i was there were more people for sure

by the end of the game the bay was over three-quarters full

Maybe the 2 adjoining bays being sparsely populated gave me the wrong impression..
Either way sounded bloody good and way out done last week!

The bay was twice as full by the end as compared to the start. So it depends when you looked at it.

This is my first year as a "marinator" sitting in the bay, but have followed them from the start. And i'd like to congatulate everyone on what a great job you all do, and a great atmosphere you all provide. I've brought my partner, my sister and my parents up for the games and they too have enjoyed themselves greatly. This is also my first post on here, so please be gentle. Just wanted to introduce myself.

Yes G-Tastic, I'm sure there are plenty of Mariners fans like you who get a lot out of the displays but don't say much. I see a lot of negative posts on here about the Marinators efforts and, whilst I agree we should always be thinking about how we can do things better, we should also keep in mind that the Marinators' presence at the game is always a huge plus for the Mariners and the the atmosphere in the stadium. We shouldn't let the negatives overpower the positive aspects.

I wouldn't say that i don't say much, i definitely give it the best i can. And obviously with time, i'll get better. But I agree with you that we shouldn't let the negatives over power the positives. From what I've seen in my short time there, you guys do a great job and have a strong platform to expand on.

Looking across from 15, the things I noticed were:

The people in the bay ALL got involved, everyone was standing and everyone was singing. You cant do more than make ur own contribution. It was loud, coordinated and looked good.

The little wankers who have spent 3 seasons sitting mute in 16 are now in 15. None of them actually watch the game, they never sing and I wonder why they actually go at all.

Most of them spent the majority of the match turned around talking to their mates, on the phone or something else not remotely connected to watching the match.

Bex means that the people who have good things to say about us often don't bother to say so, but the critics always say their piece.

What are some witty one or two line chants we can direct at the Barrel Boys in case we are challenged in the pub pre-game?

on that - have a squiz at the video we knocked it off from - it's probably a pretty good guide, but we had fun doing it and it was loud so that's pretty much the point

Here's one that I would love to try, and yes, it's long, but it is a terrific song:

Part 1:

Hearts to hearts and hands to hands,
Beneath the Yellow & Blue we stand,
We shout, God bless our native land,
Central Coast, Central Coast

Part 2:

Out we come, out we come, out we come to play,
Just for recreation's sake to pass the time away.
Lots of fun, heaps of fun, enjoy yourself today,
The Mariners are hard to beat, when they come out to play.

Part 3:

So join in the chorus and sing it one and all,
Join in the chorus, the Central Coast is on the ball.
The Central Coast Mariners, they're legends you'll agree,
The Mariners will be champions, just you wait and see!

This is the North Melbourne version:
