Great header and run from De Lima as well as a great cross from Hedley. Had some bright moments but lost control of the game as the half wore on, disappointingly soft goal to concede. Paragalli lucky to not be sent off.
Hopefully some calming words from Vilela and Rosey can get across the line as we have looked well on top in patches.

Great effort and a mature second half performance, awesome to see the boys finally starting to function as a team.
De Lima with a couple of great finishes and the whole team worked tirelessly througout. Defence has come in leaps and bounds since the beginning of the season.

we watched the wnpl1 girls yesterday .a tough physical game for the girls against
a huge south coast flame side .
after being locked 0-all at half time . after being given a torrid time by
16 year old Matilda Gallagher (we'll see her in the w league IMO) and person of the match Annalise Brewster
Kellie McIntyre swapped sides and scored a quality goal dispite keeper Kyara O'Brien getting a hand to it.
with the SCF getting on top they scored again in the 85 minute . dispite fighting efforts from snape ,piriz ,carlson and the indominable brewster .
but this is a side wearing the mariners shirt .instead of giving up they found another gear and forced a goal from poacher Claire Denning .with the day dying and the frigid air of pluim park closing in. they raised another leg sapping effort and denning bagged her brace and a point that was a pipe dream minutes before .

The boys U20s are looking to go back-to-back and are in a tight 3 way battle. Rockdale are top, we are 2nd, 2pts behind Rockdale and level on points with 3rd place Marconi. But we have a game in hand on both and a vastly superior GD. We are away at Rockdale for the final round - looks like it could come down to that game.
