Very impressive performance by the Yoof.

soft goal to go 1-0 down, D'Appuzzo got carved for the umpteenth time at LB

Kwassie, nice finish from inside the box for 1-1 and then.........

Possibly one of the best goals I have seen at BT from Nikas. 35m, keeper didnt move - amazing shot.

Agree with Mick, Nikas is simply awesome, played DM and was the playmaker - quite brilliant

Missed the GC 2nd but Elrich at RB was horribly exposed for their 3rd (he looked shit at this level TBH).

Lovely penalty from Nikas in injury time for the draw.

100% better than last season and they play good football too

Brace to Nikas. Gun player and WILL be playing A-League by the end of the season.
Gotta agree, looked to be tiring towards the end but still class, and the penalty well taken.

All in all an exciting match and I didn't think the main game was going to top it, oh well I was wrong

Feel sorry for the guy who fouled D'apuzzo for the penalty, he was never threatening and well it meant we got a draw :D

That was a great game, I think a draw was probably a pretty fair result. Amazing goals, especially the 2nd. Definitely agree Nikas was class, he will be in the A-League.

Sean: Can't have a list of who has what shirt number as they aren't assigned like the HAL ones on, they're theoretically just given out on match day. If you want a list of who had what number today (and hope they don't change) I can give you that.

Yep a draw was fair, but the defense looked very shaky at times.......need some work at the back IMO

Nikas form is a continuation of the sutherland success.  Good player and will make it at the higher level. Nathan Sherlock's expeirence  was missed in defense. A good Home game from the yoof.

Panni is an exciting prospect isn't he. I thought a lot of the boys did well.
As to defence, agree with having Sherlock back as i think he is also real quality - but also to be fair I felt the major shift happened when we made our three subs, as it can, it affected the balance and rhythm too much and GCU got right on top for about 20 mins... and in the end cost us the win I thought - in fairness while I'm grateful for the point - we still should have nicked it in those last few minutes. Great game, really enjoyed it.

Sean, was that you who made the SMITH standard?

Yep.

I was also the lad sitting next to said banner, yelling at Bajic at any given chance "Kick Him Bajic! Kick him in the nuts!"
