Adelaide is without a doubt the hardest place to go to and try and get a result.

Massive, massive result and same for the effort.

The defence was absolutely immense tonight. I have been biting my tongue all week with the Viddie critics, but tonight he showed just how important he is to us. His positional play, his clean tackles, his distribution, his experience and distribution should prove once and for all how wrong the doubters are. Shame on everyone of you. He was an absolute rock and apart from one or two games, has been all season. A small minority on this forum are all too quick to slip the boot in no matter who it is.

All I can say is, have a good think before you post.

We have a champion team who will do the double. Have faith. It's getting closer every week.

but from all i heard in in the last 10-15 minutes adelaide were all over the mariners and from the amount of yellow cards we got we must of been desperate.

Our midfield stepped up big time tonight which allows us to hold the ball better and provide cover for the defence. That allows defenders time to get set (which didnt happen last week).

Step forward Hutcho.

Should have been over and done by HT but wasteful finishing and poor options game them a sniff and a tense last 20.

He didn't slip. It was a yellow. Sash does tend to fall over quite easily.
