ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Not sure where you got thirty degrees from. The average daily temperature in Qatar in November is 26 degrees and 24 in December. It will be no hotter than the Brazil World Cup.

Your narrative is completely wrong.

Temperature

In Doha, the average high-temperature in November decreases from a torrid 35.2°C (95.4°F) in October to a moderately hot 29.5°C (85.1°F). In Doha, Qatar, the average low-temperature is 19.5°C (67.1°F).

Heat index

The average heat index in November is appraised at a hot 33°C (91.4°F). Take extra precautions, as heat cramps and heat exhaustion are possible. Sustained activity may result in heatstroke.
Take into consideration that the heat index values are calculated for shade and light wind conditions. Exposure to direct sunshine can increase heat index values by up to 15 Fahrenheit (8 Celsius) degrees.
Note: The heat index, also known as 'apparent temperature', 'felt air temperature', 'real feel', or 'feels like', is an index that combines air temperature and relative humidity to determine the human-perceived temperature equivalent. Additional factors like activity, metabolic differences, clothing, and wind affect individual temperature impact. Bear in mind that direct sunshine exposure increases weather impact, and may raise heat index by up to 15 Fahrenheit (8 Celsius) degrees. Heat index values are especially crucial for babies and toddlers. Children are often less aware of the need to rest and re-hydrate. Thirst is a late sign of dehydration - it is vital to remain hydrated, particularly during prolonged physical activities.

Humidity

In November, the average relative humidity in Doha is 66%.

I'm an idiot savant without the pesky savant bit
I doubt Arnie would come back to the A-League, I mean, he went to japan after he won the title with us , albeit a failed excursion

Dutch Football is shite. Only Craig Foster thought otherwise. Sadly a lot of muppets listened to that flog.

Not sure Dutch football is that shite.Barcelona and subsequently the Spanish NT based their play and success on the Dutch style of play as introduced by Cruyff.Admittedly both those teams had some great individuals but they played the way Ajax and the Dutch NT played in the 70s with some modifications.

Craig Foster certainly divides opinions and does like to draw attention to himself as a refugee advocate and now being on the committee for establishing a republic .Nothing wrong with those causes but he does make sure his name is to the forefront. However he does bring drive and enthusiasm to whatever cause he is involved with. His football pontifications did shit me at times but he certainly is a strong advocate for our game.

I would be disappointed if Taggart is picked-Cummings would have to ahead of him.Kuol must go if Arnie is any judge of a footballer.

As an aside have just watched the 2006 WC game Australia v Croatia. What a crazy game-plenty of yellow and red cards( and Simunic 3 yellows before he was sent off!),a goalkeeping error by Kalac gifting them a goal, lots of physicality from both sides and Kewell's equaliser( he probably was offside). Also I had forgotten that Luka Modric came on as a late sub for them-what a great career he has had.
