ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

and how do you gather that? there are players suffering injuries almost every week. And in this case they have a ready replacement on the bench. So maybe for Ljubo but not for the club.

but ljubo is the club, the man, the boss, the fulcrum and everything revolves around his word

this is a disaster of epic proportions

No, the scum haven't shamed us; they've managed to sneak through after a poor start to the ACL.

CCM management have shamed us by failing to provide the players needed for a serious ACL campaign. I would love to hear their explanation for our attrocious set piece defending as well.

Failure to find players excuse:

"We were waiting to be spoon fed by Sheffield United and the players they offered did not want to come"
Should have figured that out f**king last year when we could not convince anyone to come from there. No excuse can cover it IMO. They had plenty of time to do something and instead waited around to see if anything would eventuate with SU. Catastrophic failure on behalf of whoever is in control of player recruitment.

Excuse for set peice defending:

We are f**king useless at the back and we have no confidence in each other.

I think they simply cheated.

Trying hard, buying quality players and taking the comp seriously.

If thats what you have to do to qualify, I am glad we had no part in it.

Bitter? f**k yea

nah congratulations to the Jets they have gone through a big struggle of coming last in A-league, players going on strike over pay disputes, and signing our old leftovers and yet they still qualify.

well done and do Australian football proud.

+1 - well in etc.

To see where they were 6 months ago and look at them now is quite amazing.

Agreed. Some hope for us then, as long as our clean out and rebuild is handled as well as the Scum.

The Jets handled transfers well?

Since when has that been our thing?

When throwing darts at a dartboard blindfolded, you will eventually hit a high score.

Did anyone else see the interview with Con on TWG this arvo? He's kidding himself. "The PFA were misinformed...I met the players myself and got the real story...we won the championship and now we're amongst the best teams in asia..." was hilarious to watch.
