ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I went to McDonald Jones stadium with my SFC supporting SIL and grandkids yesterday.FC lucky to get the draw as the Scum outplayed them for the majority of the match particularly in the first half.If FC didn't have Lolley and Caceres who both scored and otherwise were their stand out players Newcastle would have won easily.

Watching the Roar vs newcastle game and Roar just made a sub around 61st and the player going off , his numbers on shirt were coming off. Not a good look.
I watched it and boy did it make me feel moderately better about our team. Newcastle weren't great and Brisbane legitimately looks like some of the teams we rolled out at our worst.

Their vibe reminds me of us at our worst. They look dejected and defeated and nothing great will come from that. The boos from the “crowd” at the end and the players looking bereft of any spirit or hope, was serious Deja vu.

Yet there were no games on Sunday
The 6 teams playing mid week all played Friday and Saturday.

Cow town and the barrel boys were Monday. Maybe it's kids eat free at the stadium on Monday nights. Or cheaper hiring and don't have to pay Sunday rates.

There were women's games on Sunday. Was probably nice for them to get people tune in for a change.

Please don’t defend the scheduling because it is shit. There were seasons where there were matches everyday (bar Christmas) over the holiday period. To play an all Melbourne match 6pm on a Tuesday evening, when most have gone back to work, is just abysmal.

I am not even going to start on how poor our time slots have been this season compared to the last two.
