He wont be in ALeague for too much longer I don't think, leagues above our level at the age of 17 and already matching the top goal scorer for his age bracket after just turning 17.

Yeah but apparently comes with attitude and that sort of thing can derail a young player’s career real quick. If he heads overseas before serving some decent time in the ALM, I’d wager he will be back here pretty quickly

We hype them up way too quickly and build their egos to unsustainable levels. The A-League also doesn't seem to prepare our players for the brutal ruthlessness of European footballl very well either. One bad game or wrongly timed injury and you can be tossed into the dust bin of history forever, the Australian game isn't nearly as ruthless as that for our young starlets.
When they invetiably come back after a fallout/injury with their club it always remindes me of the bit from the Simpsons where Lisa gets offered to go up a grade or be a big fish in a small pond and she yells "big fish, big fish!"
Can’t leave until 18 like Garang I believe. Then will definitely be gone. Super talented and Veart has done a pretty good job of trying to tackle the ego but when you finish like he does you can see why

Yep I have a sinking feeling we will deliver another insipid Melbourne performance and keep these germs alive. That young Botic lad for Homeless FC has been putting them in the net for fun and has single handily lifted them to near the six.
