YawnNot really - he has failed and is failing. Will he turn it around? We shall see.
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Closing in on top spot.we're only 3 games off top
For our wages? The “ Norb” is looking for a gig, time to strike?
Ha great job he's done so far. We're glacially slowly getting better. His team is dogshit and getting worse. At the coaching conference I attended today Rob Stanton gave an interesting (and surprisingly open and honest) presentation on team building.
Good insight into walking into a club as a new coach in a shorter timeframe and having to deal with the existing issues - inherited squad, no money, no owners etc - while trying to put your stamp on things and get the buy in from players and staff.
He wasn’t saying they are world beaters. And he acknowledged the work he needs to do.Ha great job he's done so far. We're glacially slowly getting better. His team is dogshit and getting worse.
Agree it has improved incrementally. Although I'm still more confident of a spoon battle than finals.Surely it would both unfair and a bit crazy to can Jackson now? Arrived 5 mins before the season started, inherited a squad (half with a possible GF win hangover) and others new to the club/league and can’t be expected to have them gel and be performing at a very high level immediately.
We are competitive given the squad we have and there are signs of improvement but agree much work to do to get things to click. If we want stability it starts with the coach but we do need to find a way to score more goals as the season develops. That said, I can’t see all of our forwards surviving January window…
Leeds or ex-Leeds.As long as we keep competing he is fine. The fight after 3 games during the week against a good team was great to see.
Now we just need some rewards for effort.
I will be very interested to see how he recruits. Not alot of Aussie options for where we are weak and having lost sergio were will we look
I am a bit concerned about us recruiting journeymen out of the UK. I like gambling on guys around 25.As long as we keep competing he is fine. The fight after 3 games during the week against a good team was great to see.
