ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

what does that even mean ALAW

Forward to 30 second mark. All Leeds aren't we.

Leeds fans consider Elland Rd to be the Centre of the Universe.

In much the same way we say COYY they say ALAW and MOT (Marching On Together).

Was sent by CCM - coordinated release. Would take precedence as HO said so
Yeah it was but that wouldnt have been stopping us doing something yesterday. Unlikely we drop a coaching announcement at 8 am today anyway. I just dont see how it would have had any impact. If it was say not launching a marketing campaign with a new league wide catch phrase or something then sure that's a different situation.

This guy flagged my attention up in the search too, not exactly high profile imo and not sure with our links to Sheffield Utd these days but has a background with them also and extensive time with England youth team manager....
Academy, youth experience at the highest level, and recent experience in Asia, and some time at lower clubs....

On paper a good choice ...

As a hhhmmmm puts on helmet .... if you look at the dates he was academy coach for England, and the recent improvement in the English side its a sorta good sign... further as a side note running those lower clubs of which I am sure a couple could have been fighting for promotion.

Oh dear.... That implies it's someone bad
The absolutely obvious choice was Ben Cahn. He fits every metric we have ever set for a manager.

They fact we haven't employed Ben fills me with trepidation.

I'm hoping for something (someone) good but I just have a feeling they are going to employ some Football spastic on the whim of someone that doesn't know any better.....or even worse because they had a nice meal together once.

I hope i'm wrong but this club has burned me so many times.

Sorry if i sound like FFC but this silence is horrific.

I feel the same and reading this bloody forum isn’t helping with the roller coaster ride of rumours.

You sound a bit like me ?

I am fully resigned to the above.

At this point it seems most likely it’ll be a Friday announcement giving whoever it is just a few days to work before a pretty important home Asian game we kinda have to win. Forcing the excuse “oh we didn’t have enough time to work together before tonight” when we either lose or draw the game we 100% should be winning.

I’m usually quite the optimist but the longer this drags out the more I get annoyed.
