ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Jets youth squad (four to be added): Jacob Pepper, Kyle Ewart, Scott Pettit, Daniel Laiman, Jack Duncan, Luke Remington, David Talevski, Blake Green, Abe Wheelhouse, Louis Bozanic, Andrew Hoole, Kale Bradbery
The Mariners wanted him the Jets chased him. He has had a good/ok year with CCFC completely played Brady Smith off the park when they played against each other a few weeks back, however I think the prospect of playing for the Jets in the NYL and then the Jets in the local Newcastle premier league was a major factor. As was the fact that he trained with the Jets last year. He is only just 18 and has a very good left foot can dribble and is very confident. The coach of the Jets is also good mates with his dad!!!!!Is he that good though? We seem to have a pretty good record of late of identifying the gems amongst the youth. Maybe the Mariners brains trust assessed him and he didn't make the cut (???) I'm going to give us the benefit of the doubt on this one (hoping like hell it doesn't come back to bite us )
Having an Academy in Sydney is fine for the guys that live in Sydney. However,I was thinking more of the players that move here from the country, interstate or maybe(in the future) from overseas.I think you have something there however at this stage most of the yoof training is done in sydney(Castle and Westfield High I believe) where the guys can stay at home (or close by).
If they move to Tuggerah then that will be an area I think the club will look at. I say "if" because CCM now have a Sydney Academy and I dont know to what level they intend to take it too.
