    ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. However, he never seemed to have stayed long with any one sport or team. That caused me a little concern.
I do not know the different requirements of strength and conditioning across all these sports but I would be surprised if one size fits all.
I think I may have felt more comfortable with someone whose entire career had been in football like Andrew Clark.
Just y thoughts but we do seem to be having a lot of injuries this year.

. my other issue ... if i am remembering the announcement correctly .... is that Benton was going to be 'dialing in'

Squad does seem to lack last seasons fitness though.

Cade’s been around since 2020 (maybe even earlier!) - started out in S&C with the academy and went full time with the A-League squad in 2022, working under Brice. He’s now head of S&C, working under the new Head of Performance.

Dean Benton is our new Head of Performance, right? Have you met him yet?
