ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Mariner stuff not worthy of a whole thread

Fazz had a blinder but the stand out performance of the weekend was Arzani - better than ever. One of the most dominant AL performances I've seen since Mooy or Diamanti

He's nowhere near this team - mainly because his team mates (esp Fornaroli) were too crap to convert the many chances he made.

I hate him for Victory but I love him (potentially) for the Socceroos.

Got a long way to go before he should be back in the frame for that
Did you see him for Victory the other night?

If he keeps that up it will be impossible to leave him out. Mind you he won't have long before the squad is picked for January. Guessing that Arnie won't be changing the squad much from now, I'd guess there's only room for one extra creative player (if any) and Irankunda will be ahead of him.

I'd love to see them both in the squad but it's highly unlikely.

Borrello has been ruled out with a foot injury so he might get in over cumdog (?) or irankunda.

I'd say Cummings is way out of the running. (Although I'd take him ahead of MacLaren.)

If Borello's out it opens the door wide for Irankunda, subject to form over the next few matches. Both Irankunda and Arzani looked a class above the rest in the games last weekend but Arzani's performance was truly outstanding. If he follows that up with a couple more similar performances (hopefully NOT against us) he'll have to be in the conversation.

I think Cummings international career is all but over. Playing in a substandard league and not really suited to armies style.

Arzani has always had the potential but never the consistency. If he has a solid run without injury he would have to come into consideration.

One thing about him is he seems to have bulked up.
