ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Mariner stuff not worthy of a whole thread

We're a dramatic outlier, 11% on top of the next highest. Mathematically that's incredible.
It's a 28+% increase on second place.

This is the full table for the A-League. Since the criteria is trained for 3 years between the age of 15 and 21, WU and Meths have not been going long enough to have anybody.

Surprised that Adelaide are bottom, no surprise that the "big 4" came next.

They surveyed 40 leagues worldwide including most of the top ones and Mariners were 17th overall.

Of the big 5 European leagues, only Atletic Club Bilbao had a better record than us, with 55% - surprised they didn't have more as they have a policy of signing Basque players only or players developed by Basque clubs.

That also means we were in front of Barcelona (31%) proving once and for all that La Masia de Tuggerah is a superior academy to it's Catalan equivalent

How much bloody start did he get?
I remember back in the 60s Ken Irvine raced against a horse over 75 yds and just got pipped on the post.
let's see him and the horse both off scratch.
