442 says Troisi off toTurkish club, Genclerbirligi

EXCLUSIVE: Olyroo free agent James Troisi has joined Bruce Djite at Turkish club, Genclerbirligi, the club claimed overnight.
The Superlig side is understood to have snapped up the young Aussie on a three year deal after he was released by Newcastle United at the end of last season.
He will join fellow Aussie Djite who has made a huge impact since arriving in the Turkish capital, Ankara, with a string of goals under his belt already.
Genclerbirligi have a long tradition of signing aspiring youngsters - their name means literally 'Youth Union' - before selling them on to bigger clubs in Europe. Past stars have included Geremi who went on to Chelsea.
Despite the emphasis on youth, the club is usually challenging in the top half of the Turkish league.
The club's website today proudly boasted of snapping up Troisi and featured a picture of him in Genclerbirligi colours.
Troisi was released by Kevin Keegan at Newcastle when the club couldn't promise the 20 year old first team football after three years in the youth team and reserves.
The zippy Adelaide-born winger made it to Beijing as part of the ultimately unsuccessful Olyroos squad and made his senior squad debut earlier this year.
