ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Specifically logged in and came to the thread just to say what a f**king brilliant pod that was. You guys always do a fantastic job. But combining with the extra insight of the two boys and the banter as opposed to just a single interviewee was an awesome format.

Well done to all. Also great to hear your thoughts on the away AFC game. Professional strategic win in a uniquely challenging competition that has to be managed. I thought given the obvious caveats it was another excellent performance.

Oh and love Kafitch. Their treats to go with a great coffee are also first class.

Thanks guys, you always smash it. Loved the format switch up.

On the Shnitty note, I put my spices in the flour and in the crumb, why deprive yourself of more flavour. Keen for Kuz's Cooking to take off, convinced this was the soft launch

Late call for any questions for our Christmas podcast this afternoon! Likely the last one for the year.

Big thanks to all who have listened and engaged over the year. It has been plenty of fun again and still can't believe after all these years we finally got to do consistent positive episodes and celebrate a championship instead of wanting us to fold, what a nice change!

Hope everyone has a great Christmas and New Year :headbounce::santa:

. i was a bit slow on the podcast recently and didn't hear it until after the girls played Victory. watching the game (when we conceded late) - i was thinking 'WTF just happened' ... then i heard the podcast that had been recorded beforehand and I understood WTF happened

. so this isn't a question but an instruction: keep any talk of Melbourne hoodoos to yourselves (otherwise I'll know who to blame) ... again!

. i don't think any blame lies with Luke for asking if 'it' can be mentioned in the last pod ... the blame lies with Robbie f**ken Thomson - it was all he spoke about after our third

. and then their resilience for coming from being ... no mention of us coming from behind (unless it was during one of my Paramount blackouts)

Who do you think MJ would you look at for an additional striker for us. Either for the rest of the season or for longer.

And for the A League in general is there a realistic player that a more cash-rich team could sign that would garner interest across the league. I often thought Recoba would have been a great player to be the pantomime villain after his Greek sojourn.

Alou will come good, the signs are there. He hardly played last season, he's just sharpening up, it's coming.
That may well be the case - and he is here for a while. But Jing is only on loan and DWH seems to be on the outer. Tulio and Angel seem to be playing well wider and we have players that can cover them - but Jing conceivably could be recalled in January and Alou may be our only option.

DWH is surely goneski. You might be right on Jing, why develop a loan player...
