ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Chris Payne for CCMA - 42nd minute
Mixed results for youth against Sutherland
U/12s lost (not sure of the score)
U/13s lost 3-8
U/14s won 1-0

don't know of the older age age groups

12's lost 1-0

The 12's and 13's were still playing under the SAL rules for keeper restarts but Sutho wasn't. At least 4 goals in the 13's came from the opposition forwards forcing mistakes on goal kicks. I saw a litlle of the 14's and they looked very very handy against good opposition.

Nice to see Payney back on the coast. He is a great kid from the best club on the peninsular (and no I dont mean Manly).

if you're not sure (such that you need to qualify it by saying it's "your info" rather than something you know to be true), then i'm not going to get excited.

you've been anonymously peddling "your info" from similarly anonymous sources on here for years, and only pop up to have a whinge when you can. wake me up when you've got yourself a name (either your own or your source) or someone corroborates "your info".

Three wins , two draws, eight losses from 13 games on top of the two wins one draw five losses the week before. Thats 18 points from a possible 63 - I don't think that this was the start to the season the club was expecting and hopefully some improvement to come. Shining light has been the 16 boys who have completely reversed their poor trial form to record three wins from three, albeit one against a FNSWI that will struggle all year and also an APIA side fielding an under 15 keeper in place of their former state rep - but the win over heavyweights Sydney Olympic must have been very pleasing for the club. Look forward to stronger times ahead.

It was 0 from 0 in the Premier League from 2005-2012, 7 years out! Long way to go yet!! And p.s results are not everything in Football. Shining light is the Central Coast is in Premier League.

Results not everything??? Light won't be shining so brightly if we are relegated in either Youth or seniors after just one season.

I cannot be bothered arguing with you! Miss out on a job did you?
FFA and Football NSW has a criteria for promotion and relegation there are many factors which will see clubs avoid relegation.

Not arguing and no I didn't miss out on a job and I didn't have a child miss out on selection either. No sour grapes - just a concern that all is not going as well as the club would've hoped for. I said above I was looking forward to stronger times ahead and both men and women juniors and seniors all improving. I think all the senior mens squads will be quite competitive over the four grades and their early form has been encouraging. I just hope that the youth league in particular, remain in PL1 on ability and results and not because of FFA protection and reliance on off field criteria. We deserve to be in the top league, we have the players and we should show the rest of the league how good we are and why we deserve to be there.

Love the upgraded Pluim, nice facility now.

Side lacks experience and probably a bit of quality to be honest.

Got beaten 3-0 by Blacktown and never really threatened or looked like they were worth even a point.

Crowell at CB was strange, Bozanic is is future star. Payne? Meh. Once a scummer.
