Must admit I read an interview with Baumjohan after his exit from the smurfs and he was saying all the right things. To add the smurf fans on reddit see largely positive on him

Don’t be surprised if we see Roux I would say. If we do and he slotted into right back instead of Dan Hall.
Gives us lots of option and decent fullback amd DM subs at a cheap price.

Was expecting more after the hype over the NPL grand final goal.

Good person and decent player but not good enough to be a starter and we could possibly get someone more dynamic as a sub

That`s a big call for a guy to step up from from NPL and have such a big impact in his first season.
Even Ruon couldn`t do that and look how far he came in his second season with us.
Casellas` NPL worldy showed he had talent,I think we should have nurtured that for more than just one season.
With limited funds we just can`t let talent waltz out the door.
I think a mistake was made with Casella...

I'd much rather Miller than Roux.

Miller is a great option at CB,RB and DM. Hes big, hes quick, good on the ball. His defence needs a bit of work and his application wheb going forward needs a clean up. The biggest upside is he's 20.

Ima put it out there that if he does that and gets his attitude right he could be up there with Heff or Rose, maybe a tier down with Pedj Boj.

You'd have to think as a CB he's 4th choice if RT is staying, so maybe RB is a decent option. He's definitely improved.

Just seemed a bit slow and didn’t show a sharpness i was expecting. Look at Koul. He made something of it. I agree though that it can take a while to adjust to the step up. Was missing a killer skill like a great cross or pass or something special imo

f**k me Roux at RB brings us straight back to vying for a Spoon again. You cant have a player that has no concept of defending in your back 4........and Roux and Hatch would be a travesty.
