Probably happens more than we think, especially with younger employees.

While I wasn’t physically abuse the mental and verbal abuse I received at my first job, at Pizza Hut when sixteen years of age, was terrible. I took it all on the chin.

And compounded by the fact there's only 12 professional clubs in the country so the employer pool is both small and closely linked. Getting a reputation for complaining, even if totally warranted, might not be desirable. Whoever referred it to the PFA did the right thing, it shouldn't be Colli's fight.

Well if there's other underlying things that point directly to the issues then it's hard to ignore, I have not followed the controversy around this at all so I was merely stating my points off my own experiences within life lol.

There is zero tolerance for this kind of thing within our sport. Sure, call someone shit or what have you but to go this far exceeds what could be called banter without a doubt.
