ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

What's with the popular Canberra vote?
It's obviously not based on the place itself.I mean take the Gold Coast for example.I think everyone wants them in for the away trip. But Canberra?? ???
Unless of course none of the Canberra voters have ever been there!
I like Canberra
Nice drive if the company is right, everything is close, its cold (i hate the heat) and it would be another awesome away trip with a few busses going down
Plus its the opposite direction to Newcastle, how can that be a bad thing?
Auburn Mariner said:Mmmm, do you think that the FFA would let a team play ALL their home games on an International Cricket Ground that DOES NOT have drop-in pitches? From memory, Bellerive has 8 pitches, a VERY large proportion of the centre of a potential football field.
They permit the Barrel Boys to play the New Year's game against Bling at Adelaide Oval as a one-off, but I would think that Ben and the boys would have serious issues with using Royal Bellerive on a permanent basis.
Also, Bellerive has no lights, meaning ALL day games (it must be noted that a 6.30pm kick-off in December in Hobart would NOT need any lights, even at 7.00pm, as they get magnificent late sunsets that far south).
Melbourne Hearts are locked in, it's now a decision between the six-fingered heathens, Western Sydney, Wollongong & Canberra. Wollongong for my two cents worth.

True but WIN corp are backing the Gong.. Also he has said he wants to broadcast the A-League so he is a very good friend of football who may well end up owning 10 or at worst be as he is now the largest regional broadcaster in NSW & VIC.
midfielder said:No its move his influence in the media and having for the first time a FTA network with a football friendly owner especially if he finishes up owning 10.
