ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

It's the Terrorgraph Dibo - any chance to wail on the sokkah, they will take it and run with it, even if it's a blatant lie.

Sounds of Iemma/Rudd running for cover so they dont annoy the NSW Right.

If you f**k up so badly that you give Nelson a free kick, you know you have blown it big time.

it's funny, it's actually the NSW right that's lunching on itself - the part of the right that you might call the sussex st brigade (which della's still close to and which has closer links to the unions with the likes of riordan and robertson) is mighty peeved with the part of the macquarie street right that contains iemma, costa, tripodi and meagher over electricity.

della's failure to rule out the hypothetical possibility of wanting to maybe premier one day put him in iemma's sights, his less than enthusiastic backing of the power sale only doubled the hatred.

since then, there has been a succession of little stories coming out making della's life uncomfortable, where previously he was doing a tidy job keeping himself to himself and doing his job pretty competently - in stark contrast to the cyclonic clusterf**k that is most of the macquarie st right.

so dibo what would be the chance of your mates from the socialist left faction doing a stack on belinda neals preselection? because i say she jeopardises the future of labor in Robertson where labor hold it by a knifes edge because I sure as hell aint voting for her again and im sure theres at least good 1,000 other Robertsonites out there that are reconsidering it when the election comes around

Yep, I voted for her at the last election... I won't be making that mistake again. I thought I was voting for someone who cared for workers rights. It turns out that I voted for a foul-mouth bully that can't hold her drink (allegedly). Her comments to that pregnant MP were a disgrace and an embarrassment to her electorate, and the sooner she is removed from the Mariners board, the better.

There are very clear rules against branch stacking and it shouldn't be done or encouraged by anybody. I'd be encouraging branch stacking some time shortly after i go dancing a rhumba across the security barrier in the West Bank with 'Allahu Akbar' painted on my western side, and 'Shalom to Greater Israel' on the eastern side. It's unethical, arguably illegal and is in any case just plain dodgy.

If a majority the members of the ALP with a right to vote in the next preselection choose to vote for someone other than Belinda to be the endorsed candidate then that person will be the endorsed candidate. That's a matter for the members of the ALP in Robertson, one of whom I am not.

Incidentally the preselection is likely to be sometime in late 2009/early 2010 and you need to be a member of a branch of the Party for two years so you'd have a rough time getting it done in time no matter how dodgy you were.

I think the momemtum might get unstoppable, the SMH has gone in studs up this morning

http://www.smh.com.au/news/national/pm-orders-anger-management-for-neal/2008/06/11/1212863740757.html

She might even cause young Kev to have to face the electorate in a climate of rising interest rates, high petrol prices and mega poor publicity.

i very much doubt that. frankly i think kev's overreacted to someone behaving badly in ordering her take to anger management. he can't force her to resign from the parliament (that's a breach of the commonwealth electoral law - offering either threats or inducements to stand or not stand for election) and he won't can her endorsement.
