any Star Wars movie

wash your mouth out - Star Wars was/is a classic and changed the special effects world!

wish I had George Lucas' bank balance after the mint he made from Star Wars
no deal, terrible films. Sci Fi = lame

Terrible films? sure your entitled to an opinion if you don't like a movie but you have to accept the fact that they changed the way special effects were seen in movies, it was a major risk doing what Lucas did and he's made billions of people happy.

There will never IMO be another movie as popular as Star Wars!

Sure say the movie was crap, but to disagree with the first paragraph is just narrow minded mate

any  Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings movie
In fact, any science fiction movie

Science fiction..................nothing better............DR Who..........Stargate on TV.

What do you like Kareem?
why the interest?
I am comedy through and through
although I have a soft spot for some science fiction esp. time travel...
that said its annoying to watch a fantasy film with me as I tend to point out all the mistakes and unlikelyness etc.
Although my absolute favourite movies tend to be Action with comedy throughout.
eg. Pirates of Carribean, 2 fast 2 furious, Mr and Mrs Smith, National Treasure, Longest Yard (not sure if it is primarily comedy or action)
Also dont mind sport movies- rocky, baseball movies (even though dont like baseball)...just underdog stories?
Also Mystery is always good (but then again I can ruin movies for others with my theories...)

To be on topic...Worst movies...or at least worst Genre for me is- Horror!!!
I dont like it at all!

I like comedy to................you cannot point out mistakes in the fantasy film ......that is not allowed................when you throw the brick in the water and it floats .............no need to say in would not float..............

Sports movies ..........not my cup of tea.

Mystery is good, also James Bond.

But this about thye worst movies...............

How about .......Yellow Sub ..............and Silent Movie

IMO the worst movies are the predictable ones,

...with the exception of comedies where the focus can't be on the plot so the storyline needs to be dealt-with as easily as possible.

...but including "Romantic Comedies" where the comedy isn't funny so all you're left with is a crappy, predictable storyline

Agree with Titanic.  Have tried but failed to see it through a few times.

And most movies featuring Kevin Costner.
Monotonous delivery of tear jerky lines.
Waterworld?

Hey Alicia, is Kevin Costner in that movie we saw where:
he's a preacher
his wife dies when she's pinned to a tree by a car
with her dying words she tells him to get her brother to swing the baseball bat high
he has two kids
then aliens come to Earth to gas humans with their foggy breath
his crazy kid with a foil hat knows all about the aliens
the aliens poke their skinny fingers under the door
the preacher's family kill the aliens with water and a baseball bat

Or is it John Travolta?
Has anyone else seen this movie?
Or is it Mel Gibson?

That would be Mel Gibson in Signs

Definitely worthy of the list... had a completely random ending.

Maybe not the "worse" movie ever, but I found this one to be dissappointing... "The Shawshank Redemption"...

(Gasp, horror, sigh... Did he really say "The shawshank redemption"???)

I thought it the ending was so Hollywood... it just left a sour taste in my mouth. Up until then, I was really enjoying the flick, but ending up on a pristine beach, restoring a boat...  :vomit:

Adz is right, the movie is called Signs with Mel Gibson.

It's the kind of movie you only watch once, I however, have watched it twice.
