ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

The Socceroos thread.

I was at the game.Good crowd of 35,491 and at least 20,000 of those were Indonesian supporters. They pressed us hard for the first 8 minutes and Ryan had to make a good save from a header. The penalty they were awarded did look soft though there was no replay on the screens at the stadium.
Velupillay did well in the one on one with the keeper-I was worried he was going to stuff it up.

While we were not brilliant we took our chances and Goodwin's deliveries from the corners were spot on resulting in Miller's and Irvine's headers.Behich had a very good game and Ryan was back to his best.Miller also played well and though he is a bit unco he is strong and willing.O'Neill also was busy particularly in the second half.He was one of four ex Mariners in the starting line up.

Velupillay shot should have been saved. All his body language and eyes showed where he was putting it. If the keeper had played the signals it would have been saved. If the keeper responded correctly and still got beaten fair enough but I wouldn't be happy to concede that. (40 years ago).
