Gotta say, I haven't been this impressed and excited by the bench players for a long time... Garang, Cumdingo, Bos, Nesteroy, Tilio, Robertson.

Get us a right back as good as Bos/Fazz on the left and that backline is looking solid.

I really enjoyed just going with the on field officials and celebrating the moment in the game without having to wait for the re-refereeing of everything.

I disagree kouls goal would have been rubbed out, if Hawkeye was used the defender leg plays him on. . .

Just had another look. And stopped at the right time. I can't tell. Both their feet are just in the 6 yard box. They look to be in line but the angle isn't the best to tell. The right call by the AR - there is no way he could say Kuol was offside giving the benefit to the attacker.

Seems likely. Very weird line up though. No recognised striker and presumably Mcgree will be playing in an advanced role and looking to play in Borello and Goodwin? Maybe it’s a chance to try a different system but I would have preferred to see us bed in a style with Cummings up top

Arnold doesn’t strike me as one to do that and if you were going to surely you do it at their home ground not in Melbourne. Suggests to me he wants to do something different or there’s some issue with cumdog whether it’s a knock, disagreement or whatever.

Yeah starting to wonder how Cummimgs' personality will gel with Arnie long term.

He seems to be leaning into the characters in the squad to build that culture he’s after. Even specifically mentioned him and Boyle in interviews. But I do wonder if he’s sending a message that he expects him to work like Duke if he’s going to get a start.
