Arnie keeps playing him as a mid. Having a 22 year old FB, not a WB would be appealing.
So he can accomodate Behich mostly. And there was that run of illness and injury in the last set of games. Long term I'd expect he's lined up for LB. Faz will need to go OS to challenge for the spot.

And the Roos have only played twice since then and those were the games we had a bunch of injuries and illness if I recall correctly. I’m not sure Bos at LW was the first choice but with the cattle available then Rowles at LB and Bos higher made a bunch of sense.

Nestory had already been told he was in the extended squad submitted. GA told him to show him he was fit after Adelaide hadn't played for a while. Nestory started out by being brash but quickly said his dream was Australia. GA was always going to pick him.
