I'm honestly not sure if it's happened since Chelsea were added to the whole "Big 4" concept.  I know there's been one or two cases of "no member of the Big 4 _won_", i.e. someone drew, but you'd have to ask one of the mad statisticians around here if this has ever actually happened.
