Didn't see the game, but judging by the BBC report, it sounds like we got a raw deal as regards the penalty decision and "offside" goal.
I suppose we didn't help ourselves by having a slow start, and letting them get out to a 2-0 lead, but even so.....yet another trip to Glasgow and yet another 5 star performance by the "Weegies Are Us" Refereeing association....what more can you say??!!! Bloody daft, mind you, that the game was actually being played so close to the Uefa Cup Final, but that's just my tuppence worth on a slightly off-topic point.
Aside from that, I'll still support Rangers on Wednesday, not just because they are a Scottish side, but also because they are actually playing a few Scots these days - the same guys we cheer on for the national team. They'll have to be on form to stop the speedsters of Zenit, but if I'm not mistaken, their centre forward will miss out because of suspension...????
