Tough match against the ladder leaders. Will be interesting to see how we line up, hope we ditch the back 5 for the rest of the season since we are basically out of finals contention.
Some great performances in the NPL last weekend, would be good to see Brandtman, De Lima and Sciluna rewarded with some minutes. From Jacko's presser it sounded like Alou is at best benched, opens up and opportunity for Duarte or Brandtman. I assume Alfie will slot back into midfield for this one, will be interesting to see whether Steele or Eames makes way.
Auckland will have both Louis Verstraete and Nando Pijnaker suspended for this one. So unless Dan Hall is ready to come back they will have a unfamiliar centre back pairing, which they have struggled with when forced to play Sakai there.
