So, I'll spare you the photos from the Orphanage/Hospital etc etc...but thought I'd show you some pics of our trek in the Himalayas...especially Poon Hill (yes, the name is awesome...)
These are just a few...Got a few albums more on facebook for those who have me on there.
This is taken at the lake at Pokhara...so beautiful.
50c shots of Gin in Pokhara....awesome.
A view of the mountains at a village called Ghandruk.
Donkey Traffic Jams. We also encountered Sheep Traffic Jams.
It's cold at night. Hence the need for awesome, and oh so sexy, long johns. How can you resist me?
Wayyy too many of these bridges along the trek. They were awesome to jump around on
View of the hills n what not...
Me looking like a hippie, hanging out by a waterfall on the way to Gorepahni.
Weed. And plenty of it. It was suggested that we "smuggled it in our snatches" on the way home, alas, I think it would of been uncomfortable when that Thai woman straddled me....but anyway...
Now for the moment you've all been waiting for...POON HILL.
We woke up at 4am in the morning, to walk at 4:30am for an hour and a half straight...upwards. We walked up from about 2800m to 3200m to see the sunrise and it was AMAZING. This made my trip I reckon...
(Mt Annapurna, right before the sun rose)
Some more randoms now...
How "Sound of Music"...
Mars Bar spring roll anyone?
Like seeing this on your door isn't creepy...
A resting point.
Ghandruk
(Got stuck in a hail storm...)
Yup. The news made it all the way to Nepal.
This is what happens when the day you get back from trekking, you spent your remaining rupees on cocktails...and far too many of them.
This one is self explanatory.
Thats all really. Enjoy.
