He was more than a decent player - just well before he came here 11/12 - 16/17 played more than 25 games each season in the top level at Germany before an ACL. Never the same player after that.

170 odd Bundesliga games says he was reasonable.

But when you sign a guy at 34 who was carrying an ACL injury sustained after 30 you get what you deserve 🤷🏻‍♂️

Regardless.....Broich was superb. Muller was shite.

Jack is still eligible (2004 born). Jai (2008 born) has only just turned 16 so would be a big ask but as Big Dyl (and so many others) has shown if you’re good enough, you’re old enough.
Jack also put in some excellent performances towards the back end of last season.
