ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Watched the Academy draw 1-1 Hakoah and we did okay. Probably the major concern was the complete lack of shots on target in the second half. We looked fairly toothless and a bit bereft of ideas once we were in the final third.
Similar to the week before really. Seemed to me we looked dangerous at times during the match only to lose momentum by some poor passing. Match erupted in the first half shortly after our goal. Only a minute earlier I thought if this ref doesn't take some control of these tackles this will get out of hand. We missed some good chances too. Feel like we need to switch things up and not rely on Jok upfront. The squad is there but just needs some work to get a more cohesive balance.

Yeah very much the same story as last week. There was a definite lack of cohesion and understanding. Numerous times promising attacks broke down because of it.

McCarthy is doing it a bit tough at the moment, clearly has the skill and ability but looks out of form.

Tough job ahead for Christansen to get everyone back to their best and on the same page.

We missed some good chances and two hit the woodwork. Start of the second half was a worry it was all Hakoah and we didn’t click into gear until they equalised. Should have been a win to be fair.

Definitely, we werethe better side overall and created far better opportunities. Last couple of weeks just seem to be the natural dip in form that every young side goes through.

So… you reckon Dor Jok reads this forum? Not overly impressing with his attempts at goal but otherwise he’s impressing me more than usual… ??
