Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. If he brings in 8-10 new players, he cant rely on the "I inherited LM's squad" defence if it all goes pear shaped.

Having said that, it takes 2 or 3 seasons to build a new side so I wont be expecting a blistering start to next season with a huge number of players having to gel. Any finals place will be an ok outcome with essentially a new team.
