ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Mariner stuff not worthy of a whole thread

Yes it is the eldest Kuol brother, he didn’t have any part in either garang or alou’s moves OS as far as I know. But he certainly tried to make it look that way on social media.
This is probably in relation to the money he allegedly stole whilst working for Bendigo bank. He’s in a lot of strife.

I'm sure that US college football is a good standard, but that 'playing in Europe' is a goal for most. As Beni pointed out its not a good result if this means playing in the lower divisions of lower ranked nations there.

Does anyone know much about the US pathway and its successful development of youth compared with directly signing with a European powerhouse if the goal is to play in a top European league?
If it was YOUR son or daughter, which way would you choose?

Playing in a top European league is a great aspiration but it's unlikely for the majority of Australian players. Nothing wrong with having options that will get you an education as well as furthering your football development.

And there's a huge difference between male and female pathways. There's a reason the US team is really strong in the women's game.
