I didn’t really have him on my shortlist for first out since he hasn’t been given a lot to work with, but after last night it’s a real possibility. Lots of teams will lose to City this year, some with bigger margins, but few will show such a complete lack of pride and effort. I’d rather lose by 4 and actually be in the game trying.

The pride and effort is what I was surprised by, to be showing that in round 2 has to point to a lost dressing room in my opinion. Something is going on up there.
