Bakery at Top Ryde shopping centre is da bomb.

I quite like the crispy pork ones at West Gosford Bakehouse. Their marinated chicken roll is pretty special too.

Cooma, opposite the park does an excellent bahn mi too, for those travelling down to the snow.
