Looks like would not be hard to put a 2nd tier on the ends to top it up.

Interestingly during the week newy was decided the best spot for sydneys 2nd airport. Which would allow newy to be a world cup venue (must be within 1 hour of international airport).

But also would mean a high speed rail link would be essential between sydney and newcastle. Which is great all round, and would only increase the chance of bluetongue hosting some games

Not to mention much better for commuters
