Thanks guys! On Unite Round, I would be keen on a two day event, boys play on the Saturday followed by the girls on Sunday. Maybe at different venues each day. Football from 10am to 10pm kind of thing

Would need to be in cooler time of year. Say March/April just before the finals or start of season but if they persist that’s the way to do it. At least 3 games min. A day at the same place.

Could split it into NZ and Aus

Have the NZ kick offs first due to time zone’s so they are still playing at say 2pm 4pm
Then we do 4 6 8pm

Unite round would hopefully be 7 games for ALM if it runs again. I like the idea of bunching up the games even more though.

Forget unite rounds and all other gimmicks and just play will promoted home and away games and manage the competition competently.

Can we get to 10,000 members in the next 10 years? As it stands no. We have a low population and a low population density across a large area.

If the ALM ended up at 16 teams and the Gosford CBD population increased with young people with all the apartments going up I think we can. But we also need to be competitive year in year out.

Dan and Ian both did a great job with memberships but 2 great years soon after 5 dismal years it has not been enough.
