is shaun staying (he deserves it having lived through the dark ages )
is miller really gone .
how is moresche ,dan ,nizzy
I'm hearing the Miller/Mac deal is real and was done back when, but that there might be possibilities of OS offers in the off season.
If he did go overseas - does that mean Mac reap the rewards rather than us?

Yes - they will pocket the fee if they hold his rego when the bid comes in. Allegedly its a ploy by them to only pay him the big $$ for a few months then cop the fee. Smart business if true
Think about it - offer someone (say) $200+ knowing you will only pay a fraction but cop the fee and potential sell ons. Ching ching

Club needs to learn from that and be helping and coaching young players on Financials so they understand the deals. Without knowing the full story Miller really should have shown some loyalty given the development the club had invested in him. He was pretty raw for a few seasons, only this year has he fully bloomed.

Maybe the club was sick of him. Wasn't there a comment from Monty a few mo ths back at a post game where he said Miller was hard to coach? And there were rumours regarding an apparent attitude problem he has/had? You can be the best on the world but if your attitude is poor and it causes disharmony amongst the team, not really worth keeping around, especially at a club like ours regardless of the future sell on.

I would still be passed if the above comments are true where he goes to the bulls for a month and all of a sudden, shock and surprise O/S move and we don't see a cent.

Pete, Luke, Josh, and Moz are B.\CK to bring you all the latest.

Clean sweep of the F3 Derby? Completed it mate.
Only NSW side to make the A-League finals? Yeah also completed it mate.
Really though, how good's a clean sweep over the Jets?
How long until they #CapTheCumdog?
Is Shaun Micallef - sorry - Mielekamp - really Mad as Hell?

The lads also discuss the new ownership structure and how the club looks going forward, we discuss the Canberra rumours (ha!), we ponder our chances in the A-League finals, and - of course - we answer your questions.
#UpTheSauce

0.00-12.15 - Fred's Question/Adelaide Preview
12.25-36.50 - F3 Derby Review
37.10-78.45 - Shaun Mielekamp (HIGHLY RECOMMEND)

Best pod so far this season, very much enjoyed that, especially Shaun's interview.

Good to get some insight on the changes at the club. Didn’t expect him to dish the APL too bad as the APL is effectively the clubs however some still have more sway than others.

What an awesome pod that was boys with the Mad as hell interview 1st class and a great array of fans questions and fantastic answers. How lucky have we been in having Shaun in our club and who knows where we would be without a chairman like him .

Was just thinking back to how I came across the pod and remembered searching the internet to see if anyone felt like I did with how low the club had sunk to and came across the pod on the forum. I think I started listening in the last year of Okons total football revolution where we would make 1000 passes across the defence, the other team press and we would fold and lose the game by 4 but would win that vital stat of keeping possession. Listening to the pod over that period was kind of cathartic and at least you got to feel you weren’t on your own as well as the boys keeping you totally informed on all things club, A-League and NPL. Thankyou to Pete, Luke, Josh, Erin and Jimmy back then and keep up the great work as the pod keeps getting better and better.

Just on the discussion on the teams performance being a pass or not this year , i personally was just hoping to not come last after losing Stens and Da Silva And Kuol as well as the coaching staff. I had no idea of how good Monty was and how great a job he had done with the NPL players and how comfortable they would be coming into the team. Wow what can you say and there were some great early years and 2013 will always stay current in my mind But I honestly feel no matter what happens this weekend that this is possibly the best year we have had given the low expectations. I know the crowds have been poor but it’s been awesome turning up at home each week feeling confident of a good showing not to mention my 2 away trips this year to Mudgee and then up to the scum which was up there with as good a game I have been to.

What a year and as a former manager once said, “The age of mediocrity is over”

You're welcome, those dark years were some tough pods to do.
The only way we got through them was enjoying taking the piss out of things with each other.

Grazie Paolo for this

I’ll never forget him looking straight into my soul and telling me that they need to do plan A better. When plan A wasn’t working.
Had the displeasure of a 30 min phone rant after messaging him about things before the match that Mulvey got the flick in.
He was not kind about MC and even named a few fans that had made comments about him on socials.

Do Plan A better... What a moron and Is he the worst manger we have ever had or is it Walmsley? Will never forget Walmsley’s world wide search for a manager that resulted in him appointing himself.. Did he even board a plane in his search or did he go to the reject shop and buy won of those crapy little remote control helicopters that tried to take off and died at his doorstop and therefore he was the answer.

Pretty hard question that one as if my memory serves me right Okon was responsible for signing Hoole and Kennedy who are arguably 2 of our worst signings ever and don't even start on Asdrubal??? I suppose you could add Mulvey to that list but he actually won an Aleague title but was with a great team that probably won it in spite of him but with us was mediocre at best.

Personally Okon was the worst in my opinion with his death by 1000 passes football which was way beyond the players actual abilities and resulted in simple presses by the the opposition that even an under 6‘s coach could coach against and then we would lose the ball in our 3rd and concede game after game. Probably the most frustrating football I have ever watched and loved the pod cast finishing with the pisstake Horses song when we were finally rid of him.
