You mean OS or locally? He needs to be in a team where he’s starting if he wants to make a step up. Otherwise he’s at risk of being surpassed (if not already) by some of the young players coming through behind him and turning heads. Toure’s, Yengi, Parsons, Tilio are a few that come to mind.
