ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Sorry to see him go.Not the greatest player by any measure but his improvement this season was immense. All credit to him and the coaching staff.I know his crosses into the box did not have much result but that is not all on him-Urena is not renown as a header, Matty was often too slow to be in the right pla ce and Kuol lost interest after the first third of the season.

Clisby has just had his best season in the HAL by a good margin. But, I honestly attribute no small amount of it to having Birraz behind him, and Ruon and Kye beside him, Stens screening and not to mention either Nizzy or DDS defending in front of him, Kye alone covered him many times.

Credit where it’s due, but he is still very replaceable imo.

That's what teamwork is all about. He also covered the others ,doing some excellent tackles and clearances so he played his part.

Nikolai Mileusnic (formally of Adelaide) now heading to Brisbane apparently.

Would have been good to be in the race for player like this?!

A fairly true winger that can punch through and cross, as well as attack the goal itself.

These player movements make it very hard to be a Mariners fan. Maybe need to get rid of all social media and phone for say 2 months.

I am a fan of Mileusnic and would have loved to see him lining up for us but we are going to need to keep the faith here whilst the club works through Staj’s unexpected departure.

Whilst I am sure Ken has been focusing on finalising whatever player retention negotiations are considered priorities, any recruitment will likely need to wait for the appointment of the next coach and that’s just the reality of the situation.

Other teams have been doing this for months. We weren’t in a spoon season and should have been using our standing to go after some players well before anyone had idea Staj might walk, or alternatively if they knew that far back has the next coach ready to go.

Apparently we’ve re-signed some players but are content to let the sinking ship narrative sit for a while. I get that we need some ammo up the sleeve but man it makes it tough to be a supporter when every corner of social & football media points to DDS, Clisby, Kuol as leaving a sinking ship. Rip the bandaid off, give us some good news after and get on with it.

It wouldn't be off season without us not announcing players and people freaking out.
Just like every season. We will have a squad and we will take the field in game #1 will 11 players
Yes we will miss out on players we think are good. That's because we have no money.
Who is coming and who coaches us will become clear over time.
Just like every season

you are a spoil sport FFC...... you take all the "fun" and drama out of being a Mariners fan with logic like that. Now I am depressed for no reason
