Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

CCM v Bulls (Disgusting town centre derby)

Decent game for this season, first half we looked much better than usual with mostly technical players on.

If McArthur hadn't expended so much effort on diving and trying to win free kicks and get players carded they might have won.

At least we've achieved something this season, equalled the league record for most draws in a season.
Love seeing history made. Makes tonite's draw a win almost and certainly a familiar ending on a stunning coastal night

Shame for him if he has. Not a good way to go out.

He was finally having a good game too. His best of the season. Some of his carries out of defence were turning back the clock.
Yeah he really stepped up tonight after last week, goal, lucky assist and MOTM. Forget how this season went, I was always immensely proud seeing him in the national team after learning his trade here.

A legend of the club in my eyes. No one can change my mind on that.

Give this a crack, theres a playlist of 3 under the video. I had to upload it in 3 parts

It's not top tier quality, apologies in advance.
Yeah, my first thoughts watching it live and now watching it again are that this felt calculated by Jacko. Almost like he fed Harper information for the interview. Tristan went to ask a question and Harps without saying it told him to back off as he had juicy stuff to get to. Telling us that our visa players are on the lower end of the scale is true but may be scathing of Alfie and Edmo. Kaltak going means we have two on the books for next season (or are the other three all under contract?). So do we a) want the club sold ASAP? B) want this plan of Jackos to be enacted c) think it is he way of laying the groundwork to get out of his contract? Anyone with any solid information on any of this?

I think Jacko is a smart man and is likely as frustrated as all of us at the inaction and is trying to force a hand. I doubt he will be successful and Mike is very likely just to let him walk.

Interesting he has gone from calling Mike, “Mike” to “the owner.”

Good honest interview, thanks for that as I drive home so didn’t get to see it. Definitely going to be an interesting off season. I agree it was Sains best game this season and terrible that it has ended with serious injury.

Overall felt content with the game as the players responded, good to see it hurt the Cows as more than likely will not make the 6 now. Love spoiling teams when you are out of contention.

Sounds like Sains is done, Kaltak not renewing. At the moment it's Paull (if he stays) and Herrington.
I don’t want to write off Herrington, given we wrote off Paull and he eventually came good but jeez… would have to be paired with somebody experienced and with quality. He is very raw and tonight wasn’t a good one for him.
