ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Northern Conference League
Southern Conference League

Assume Northern & Southern Conference League are of same level but are geographically separated and winner of each play for the title of Conference League ?

Almighty Kev will confirm or deny  ;)

The Northern Conference is probably the higher ie. the old Division 2 (a problem for Penang), with the southern picking up Div 3 teams on its way to being geographical. At this stage no play-off afaik - but with FNSW anything could happen! Promotion to Div 1 would be by application.

White City are from Fairfield way - maybe Serbs or other Balkans.

Yep you are right. They are serbs, but the team is made up of players from different backgrounds. We (Liverpool Bossy) used to play them a few ago when we were in the old 3rd division. When they are in the mood, they can be very entertaining, but shouldn't give you guys any headeaches.

Great 8-1 thumping for lightning last night. Ty Owens got a double, 1 was a tap in, the other a 25yard screamer that went straight at the keeper, who tried to stop it with his foot, bang, straight in the net lol

And another chapter for the "razzle dazzle stand" was their keeper who came off at half time, didnt like our sledging, spat at us, and did the usual "ill be back for u dickhead, ohmygod" rubbish lol

Did Ty Owens start???

Yes, got his 1st goal in the 1st minute from TERRIBLE defence, cross came over, 1 def jumped for it, missed it, hits another def in the back, and falls to Ty's feet, and it was a deflected tap in

Maybe because it is Central Coast Lightning which is owned by Central Coast Football and is the representive side in the region ;)

lightning vs uni at uni this week. sadly i'm scheduled to play at the same time as the firsts so i can't go over and see my two teams going at it, though if the rain keeps up i suspect both matches will be off.

our game's off this week, so i'm popping down to uni to check out the lightning vs uni clashes.
