Moscow mules are nice, in that same vein.  Vodka, ginger ale and lime.

1. Champagne (on its own and with things like red, rosella (native hibiscus), red bull)
2. Vodka - with dry, soda or jelly
3. Frozen cocktails - Zulu Warrior, Measle, Cow Face, Straya
4. La Cucaracha (or how you spell it)
5. Old Monk
