ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Genuinely awful. Tough call between that and Sutherland which is worse. absolute death trap.
Both are horrible. But also both the first ones introduced and Blacktown play 5"s on it year round.

All the talk about having a synthetic pitch on the coast to solve all the wet weather issues, these two pitches show that they require regular maintenance that costs big dollars (and like my 45's team or anyone's kids 12D or an AA7 would ever get on a synthetic pitch anyway after mariners, CCU and MPL have taken priority so it won't actually solve anything).

Lambert park was also shit until they did the upgrade recently.

Exactly. Drainage works and facilities upgrades benefit everyone so that's money well spent. A big synthetic pitch or two wont help anyone outside the top grades and wont raise cash in the same way 5s pitches can. I can count the number of games I've had at pluim in the last 10 years on one hand, even low tier AA finals got shipped to places like Ourimbah, East Gosford and Bloodtree. And most of those games were night catch up games (which they've already given up on for this season - thanks guys!).
