It was the attacker there who acted carelessly, not Kaltak. yes, 19/20 the player from behind is at fault, but not in this instance where the attacker comes from behind him and cuts across so tight that Kaltak, who has no idea he's there, has no chance to react. The attacker caused the contact there.
