From lovely Perth to Newcastle...wow good luck! Bit of a culture shock but they could get "Newcastle plastic surgery" which i'm informed is....... Trout lips, 3 inch eyelashes and orange skin for girls and two front teeth removed and a neck tattoo for boys. Apparently there is a Centrelink bonus for making yourself more Newcastle ready on the unemployment front.

Kalik is doing well - he seems to be a key player for a club playing in a decent league (Croatian top tier) and attracting the attention of a club (Ferncvaros) who are fairly dominant domestically and will be playing group stage football (in either the Europa League or Europa Conference).

I wonder if he would be a good bolter for the WC squad?

(Had a brief spell at Sydney under Arnie so meets one of the key selection criteria)
