Can't say the same for Android PassWallet. Clicked on the link and all I get is 'Download pending'. Nothing happens. PassWallet just shows last year's pass.

. Mr C, did you resolve this? The membership downloaded fine for me - but the ACL pass just gave us the same download pending message

. Corsair's suggestion doesn't help because the download won't happen

Could be all the backroom people I knew and dealt with have gone.
Could be I lost my seats to Industry stadium members (lol).
Could be the APL is such a dumpster fire.

I have not received my ACLE membership....not sure how I'm going to get in the ground tomorrow night. Guess I'll be asking for a refund if it doesn't come today. I've emailed and phoned the club...hope I hear back before k.o.

Look at the AFL and the fuss they make about being a member. The lowest member base is Gold Coast and they have 23k+. I would be surprised if we had even 10% of that.

Frank in memberships is really helpful but for rest, it's not that they don't care they care, they just aren't very good and have no community history or knowledge.

... bit of an update from my perspective - and bear in mind that this whole digital wallet thing is new to me (yes, i am that person that can't understand why you can't use legal tender to buy an overcooked pie or undercooked chips at the stadium), anyway:

. the ACL email included a pdf of the ticket and since the link didn't work (download pending for a week or so), i took a screen shot of the pdf and used the wallet to convert the photo to a digital pass ... s'pose we'll see how we go tonight
